Hi, my name is Tracy and you are on my cooking blog. I think that if you come to this page, it means you want to know more about this site.
My blog came by accident or rather it was unexpected for me.
From the beginning I wanted my blog to convey the warmth and comfort of the family home – the kitchen where I cook, experiment, try, where my family and friends gather around a big table.
Initially, I started writing down recipes that people I knew were asking for. Successful pies, pies, favorite salads. And over time, a lot of visitors started coming to the blog. And I try very hard to explain, help, tell everyone. After all, all the recipes you see here, before I publish it, I made sure to cook, gave for “criticism” to family and guests, made my changes, photographed and described. It’s very nice that even the kids started cooking with my recipes, before March 8 this year there were a lot of questions about what to cook for mom. Anyone who doesn’t have enough help in the comments, I’m happy to help on Skype.
I’m not a professional chef, I can’t stand at the stove from morning till night. I have a family and a job that take up most of my time. And the main concept of my blog is simple recipes, from available ingredients, that don’t require special skills in cooking. Of course, there are holiday recipes that will require your time and effort, but how nice to see smiles and hear compliments from loved ones afterwards.
